Yes — we offer same-day delivery for all orders placed before 5 PM (PDT). Place your order by noon, and our florists will handcraft and deliver your bouquet the very same day.

Orders placed after 5 PM are delivered the following day to ensure optimal freshness and timely arrival.

While we can’t guarantee an exact time, you’re welcome to add your preferred delivery window in the order notes or card message at checkout. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request based on the daily route.

Same-day delivery is available in Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, and throughout Los Angeles for orders placed before 5 PM (PDT).

If the recipient isn’t available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location whenever possible. If no suitable spot is found, we’ll contact the recipient or sender to coordinate redelivery.

In most cases, we can reschedule delivery for the next day by mutual agreement. Until then, your bouquet will be safely stored to maintain its freshness.

Yes — we offer express flower delivery in Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, and throughout Los Angeles. If timing is critical, choose our express option at checkout to have your bouquet delivered within 2 hours of payment.

You can include your preferred delivery time during checkout or contact our team directly to coordinate.

We currently do not accept custom flower or color requests. All our arrangements are handcrafted using the freshest seasonal blooms available that day. 

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your bouquet is out for delivery, we’ll send an SMS update to the recipient and a photo confirmation to the sender after delivery is complete.
