Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To make and deliver your order, contact you or the recipient about it, send receipts, prevent fraud and improve our service.

We send marketing emails or texts only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime (reply STOP to texts).

Sharing

We share details only with the people and services needed to fulfil your order: our florists and couriers, payment, email and hosting providers. We don't sell your personal information.

Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
