Our freshness promise
If your flowers arrive damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at (323) 870-6660 with a photo. We'll replace the bouquet or refund you.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5-10 business days. Flowers are perishable, so we can't accept returns.
