Orders

These terms apply to orders placed on this website with Infinity Fleurs. By placing an order you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

An order is confirmed once payment is authorized and you receive a confirmation email.

Flowers and substitutions

Every bouquet is designed by hand from seasonal stems, so it may differ slightly from the photo. If a flower or vase is unavailable, our florists replace it with one of equal or higher value in the same style and colors.

Delivery

We deliver within the chosen date and time window. Please make sure the address and the recipient's phone number are correct.

A second delivery attempt after an incorrect address or an unreachable recipient may be charged.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel an order, call (323) 870-6660 as early as possible. Orders already being designed or out for delivery can't be cancelled.
